Program terms
Thank-you gifts
- Anyone who makes a qualified referral may choose one gift valued at $50 or less, whether or not the contact signs with PMI.
- A referral qualifies when the contact can be reached at the information provided, owns or controls property that needs management in an area PMI serves, and isn't already a PMI client or in conversation with PMI. PMI decides whether a referral qualifies.
- One gift per qualified contact. Self-referrals don't qualify.
- Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. We don't offer cash, prepaid bank cards, or credits toward rent or management fees.
- Gifts are sent out monthly after we confirm the referral qualifies.
Agent referral fee
- Available only to referrers who held an active real estate license when the referral was made.
- Equal to the first month's management fee under the signed management agreement.
- Paid to the agent's sponsoring broker, never directly to the agent, within 90 days after the management contract is signed. The broker must provide a W-9.
General
- If more than one person refers the same contact, the first complete submission counts. Contacts already working with PMI aren't eligible.
- Rewards follow the laws of the state where the property is located and may differ by state.
- PMI may change or end this program at any time.
